*Week 43's high error rate is due to a production prep incident. At assembly, RTH menus 68 and 69 (salmon penne and beef burger) were accidentally switched all week due to a mistake in the "RTH Overview" printout. As a result, all customers received the other meal and had to be compensated. This bulk upload accounts for 0.7% of the error rate (~950 customers).

***For MPB calculation splitted boxcount is used. Hours of sick leave and vacation, as well as hours of seniors on the shop floor and technical department hours are not taken into account

Reminder for all our Frontline employees: fill out your Assessment in Small Improvements!
27th October - 16th November: please fill in your own evaluation of your work since the 1st of July. Please do not forget to share your review in Small Improvements once you've finished writing it.
For the Team Leads and Mangers 27th October - 23rd November: review your team members.
Make sure to finish the assessment in time, as they will close definitely on the above dates. We expect everyone to respect these deadlines.

For all our frontline employees: C02 Mobility Registration
With the new Climate regulations in the Netherlands, HelloFresh must report all employee work-related travel data to the Dutch government. The main goal of the regulations is to reduce CO2 emissions. You recently received an email asking for your input. The main question focuses on the type of vehicle and fuel you used the most for work-related travel in 2025. Your input is essential! Please complete the survey by the End of the Year.
Roadworks on Prisma (10–13 November)
There will be various roadworks taking place on the Prisma industrial estate over the coming period, specifically on Zoetermeerselaan and Prismalaan Oost. These works will be carried out at different times between 10 and 13 November, during the evening and night hours, from 7:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

De Kas - Interior design update
Back in week 30, we already shared our mood board for the Kas with you. Because it’s such a special project — and the opening is getting closer — we’d love to show it again! This way, we can get everyone excited about the look-and-feel we’re creating there.
Side Note: These images are not representations of the de Kas and only give an ambience that we want to implement in our own design.
Last weeks newsletter, you also got a little sneak peek of the walls being painted. It’s really starting to come together beautifully — especially since we decided not to go for the standard white walls in our DC.
In the second collage you can see our selection of materials and used colors.
We are currently in the process of finalizing the material selections for the pantries and reception desk. At the same time, we’ve started taking the first steps in selecting furniture, cabinets, lockers, and acoustic solutions — an exciting phase that brings us closer to shaping the look and feel of the new spaces. We will, of course, be happy to share this information as soon as we have a clear and visual overview for you to share!
De Kas - Meeting Rooms are named
Back in week 30 we also introduced the names of our Bell Units. They will be named after Herbs & Spices to match the floor and wal colors. Pepper, Basil, Garlic, Chili, Saffron, Thyme, Turmeric, Parsley, Sage, Cinnamon & Salt.
We also asked for your feedback on the names for the big meeting rooms. Some colleagues couldn’t quite say goodbye to Prismalaan, others wanted to stay true to the Kas theme, and some were inspired by Dutch cuisine. We listened to everyone — and thanks to your input, we’ve come up with the perfect names for the Kas!
