Timeline of implementation
What are we getting and when?
Holyoke Community College is implementing EAB Navigate, a comprehensive tool that combines academic plan building, appointment scheduling, summary notes, course registration, student profile and outreach to students within a single platform. With this tool, you will be able to reach out to students directly and easily via email, text, and nudges; store and track key information in one place through appointment summaries and notes; and proactively identify students who need additional support.
Spring 2021: Load Navigate with Holyoke Community College student data and complete tests and validations. Begin training a pilot group of advisors and staff.
June 2021: Navigate Student is promoted for use with MAS, Dual Enrollment and New Directions students. Pilot group of advisors and staff will use Navigate Staff with MAS, Dual Enrollment and New Directions students.
Summer 2021: Expand training on Navigate Staff features/functionalities.
Fall 2021: Deploy Navigate to a larger group of students, faculty, and more advisors and staff. Expand Navigate Staff features/functionalities to Phase 1 groups and additional support services. Phase 1 Progress Report Campaigns with TRIO SSS. Begin to implement Academic Planning.
Throughout 2022: Deploy Navigate to all students and expand training to larger audiences collegewide. Begin to implement One-Click Course Registration through Navigate.
