You can go to 'Progress Reports not yet received' tab, select the professor(s), click resend request and scroll down to extend the expiration date of the Progress Report campaign. That professor can then add their responses.
The limit is 65,535 characters.
For a Progress Report Campaign, the expiration is set to 12 AM the day AFTER the campaign ends. This means that if the date specified on the application is 8/24/2019 then the Progress Report Campaign expires on at 12:00 AM on 8/25/2019.
There are a number of potential reasons, but one is if you are unable to set an Alert Reason for the student after marking a student as currently receiving a C- or below. You must always add an Alert Reason when marking a student as currently receiving a C- or below in the course on a Progress Report.
Students are not automatically included in Progress Report requests. For a Progress Report request to be included and sent in a Campaign, these are the requirements:
The professor that is instructing the course section (s) that you are including in the Campaign must have an email address
An active course at the time of sending the Campaign. For a course to be considered active in Navigate, the course’s start date cannot be after the time you send the Progress Report. The course’s end date cannot be before you send the Progress Report. Note: if a course does not have a start and end date in Navigate, the active dates will be the term start and end dates.
The student must be enrolled in the course section(s) you are building the Progress Report for.
A professor must be associated with the course section (s) you are building the Progress Report for.
The student must not have been requested within the exclusion date range. What this means is if a student has already been requested by another Progress Report request AND you have selected the “Exclude students requested since” checkbox AND the date is in that period, the professor will not get a Progress Report request for the student.
ONLY for Progress Report campaigns built by selecting sections without selecting students - the student must have a classification in the current group and term.
