Glayds is notified via email when an advisor or professor uses Navigate to refer a student who May Benefit from ESL Tutoring. Glayds is assigned the case to manage the referrals and follow up with students. The staff who initiated the referral is automatically updated on the progress after Glayds has closed the student's case.
