Pre and Post Appointment Questions let your Location send a survey out to students before an appointment and after an appointment summary is completed.
For example, advising appointments could use pre-appointment questions to have students answer questions about the classes they are looking to register for before the appointment.
For example, students could fill out a post-appointment survey if appointment summaries were used to track attendance at an event/workshop.
Configurations for Pre and Port Appointment questions need to be configured by App Admins. Please contact Navigate@hcc.edu for more details and questions.

Post Appointment Feedback Configurations options
Both Pre and Post Appointment Surveys have the same options for the following:
Up to 5 questions
Have the same Question Type options listed to the right
Once the question is inputted and preview will be available
Pre Appointment Survey responses will be viewed from the Appointments Tab of the Staff home.
Post Appointment Feedback will be available through a Post Appointment Survey Report.
