Appointment Campaigns let staff reach out to specific student populations and encourage them to schedule appointments. This tool is used when you identify a population of students who need extra support and send them a request to schedule an appointment with you.

Update in January 2023. You can now choose to send Email or Text(SMS) nudges. Follow the same steps in creating a Campaign. Once you get to creating nudges, an additional option of Email or SMS will need to be selected. Save the nudge as indicated in the video.

Note that Texting through campaigns is permission-based and students will not be able to reply to a text through a campaign. In Appointment Campaigns, there is an automated text message that is populated.
