What to know:
Progress Reports are an opportunity for faculty to flag students from all of their classes for whom they have any performance and/or engagement concerns at targeted points in the semester.
Spring 2024
When:
Progress Reports will be for ALANA, Dual Enrollment, El Centro, Gateway Students in a Credit course, Probation students, SAMP, and all TRIO SSS students

Why:
Any students for whom faculty report performance and/or engagement concerns will be connected with referrals or advisement to overcome any obstacles.
Kudos Alerts - A student will receive an email with the Kudos
An Alert that is concerned based - an Email will be sent to their assigned Advisor and/or assigned support person and they will follow up with the student.
Fall 2023
When:

Why:
Any students for whom faculty report performance and/or engagement concerns will be connected with referrals or advisement to overcome any obstacles.
Kudos Alerts - A student will receive an email with the Kudos and how to connect with TRIO SSS/Dual Enrollment advisor
TRIO - An Alert that is concern based - an Email and a Case will be created and sent to their TRIO SSS Advisor and they will follow up with the student.
Dual - An Alert that is a concern based - Advisor will follow up with the student and address the concern.
Fall 2021
When:
Phase 1 of Progress Reports will be with TRIO SSS Students

An Alert that is concerned based - an Email and a Case will be created and sent to their TRIO SSS Advisor and they will follow up with the student.
