V3 - Appointment Summaries Report - El Centro
Update the "Submitted at Date" filters for the submitted dates you want to run the report for.
Update your last name for the "Submitted by Last Name"
V3 - Cases Report - Cases opened that are assigned to you
Update the "Opened At Date" for the date range that you are looking for
Update the "Cases Assignees" to your name
V3 - Kudos/Referral/Alert - Alerts issued on your assigned Students
Update "Kudos/Referral/Alert Created At Date" to the date range you are looking for
Update the "Enrollment Term" for the one you are searching for
V3 - Check-Ins Report - Search for students who have checked in using the Kiosk
Update the "Check In Date" for the date range you are looking for
When Progress Report Campaigns are issued, faculty members will chose Kudos or Concerns for the students within the campaign. Some Concerns may open cases based on the workflow that is set prior to the campaign.
Ad-Hoc (anytime) Kudos/Referral/Alert can be issued on students. Based on the workflow of the Kudos/Referral/Alert a case could be opened.
Kiosks can be used to track drop-in visits at the center, attendance at a workshop, or other gatherings of students.
Reports are then run to get your student list of Attendance. These reports can include various information about the students based on your needs.
These Reports can also be set up to run on a schedule, that then will be emailed to the person who set up the Report to run.
