Use Quick Search to find a student. If you already have assigned students, you should see them on your home page. You can also stay organized using Student Lists.

Create Appointment Summaries

After you have added your availability and want to schedule an appointment with a student, view the video to the right.

*Make sure your Google calendar is synced and you do not have Busy spots on your Google Calendar during the time you would like to schedule an appointment with a student.

case managment

CAPS is notified via email when an advisor or professor uses Navigate to refer a student to tutoring or to the Learning Coach Program. CAPS staff uses Cases to manage the referrals and follow up with students. The staff who initiated the referral is automatically updated on the progress after the CAPS has closed the student's case.

reporting

Use the reports feature in Navigate to pull reports on enrollment or usage of CAPS services.
