Participation is recorded in Rooms. Students are expected to actively contribute to a productive, safe, and respectful learning environment.
Students start each day with the opportunity to maintain or build their participation score.
Positive Points (Earned): Given for strong work habits, active participation in discussions, answering questions, staying on task, and acting as an empowered learner.
Needs Work Points (Deducted): Deducted when a student is unprepared, off-task, disruptive, excessively talkative, or fails to follow instructions.
Each student receives 2 Restroom Passes 🚻 at the start of each grading cycle.
Bonus Points: Unused passes at the end of the grading cycle are converted into bonus participation points.
