Capitalize and correctly spell both the Capital and State on the United States Capitals Pretest in preparation for the test on Tuesday, October 26. Students must recognize the two letter state abbreviations and know how to spell all 50 states. A Capital and a State are each worth one point. Use the Capitals list to correctly spell each Capital. Any Capital or State that is misspelled or not capitalized will lose one point. Capitals are typed in the "a" text field and States are typed in the "b" text field. Switching a Capital and State by typing in the wrong text fields will mark both answers incorrect. A space or period placed at the end of an answer will also lose one point.
