"There were many other movies I liked, but this film's characters, setting, storyline, and acting was great." "A story about vengeance as I see it."

Rocky IV is in relation to the main character Rocky Balboa. This is the fourth film of the Rocky Series. There are six Rocky films and the Film series “Creed” continues on the legacy of the Rocky Series, but in switch of the main character to a character called Adonis “Donnie” Creed. The Rocky Series ended in 2006, while the Creed series is still ongoing. The director for Rocky 4 was Sylvester Stallone. The two studio's names were United Artists and Chartoff-Winkler Productions. The movie Rocky 4 was released on November 27, 1985. When seeing the film for the first time, it instantly became the favored one. I liked the way the characters were portrayed and how they acted. Rocky IV starts with Rocky living life in his home with his family. Rocky’s friend then tells Rocky about a new Soviet boxer who has gained popularity to even climb the steps of becoming world champion. Rocky’s friend insists on fighting him then for Rocky to fight him. Rocky’s friend loses and then the awaited fight of Rocky vs Drago is inevitable. The acting of the film seemed real to me. The casting of the film was played by the right characters including the new actor Dolph Lundgren who played the character Ivan Drago, the Soviet boxer. Who acted a bit stereotypical, but in a way catches the audience's attention.  As always the director Sylvester Stallone plays the character Rocky so well that when people see the actor they morley see the character Rocky. One thing to notice in the Rocky series when watching the film many times or put in slow motion the boxing scenes, you can slightly see the acting in the fake punches. The screenplay seems a bit too much of a simple story.  A story about vengeance as I see it. The movie felt like it was all just about the hero Rocky Balboa versus a superhuman Soviet boxer, but there was a twist in the movie that twisted people's perception of the film. The cinematography wasn’t great when the movie was first released in 1985, but the film's cinematography changed years later making it better. The film had good lighting. Like the scene where Rocky is driving alone in his car remembering the fight his friend went through. The angles of when Rocky was fighting Drago, it felt like you were rooting for Rocky. The sound and score in the film as always had the motivational training montage music and some scenes of non-diegetic sounds. In my opinion this film was so good it has stayed as my favorite film for years. There were many other movies I liked, but this film's characters, setting, storyline, and acting was great.
