We are quickly approaching the END OF THE 24/25 ACADEMIC YEAR and there is a lot of relevant and timely information including the FINAL WEEK QUARTER 4 BELL SCHEDULE included below. Please bookmark this newsletter to reference back to regarding these important updates.
FINAL WEEK Q4 BELL SCHEDULE: In order to provide our students with the most support during the final week of the quarter and the end of the year, CAHS PL will be holding workshops and virtual classes that week; however, to better support our growing number of students taking classes at both the PL and Studio campuses, we are following a modified bell-schedule that includes two half-days with a block schedule of classes on *Wednesday, June 4th and Thursday, June 5th. Please see below for specifics on the schedule.
*Please note that all PL teachers will be offering Virtual Office Hours on that Wednesday and Thursday to best meet the needs of all students! (Link below)
Other important things to note as we head into the end of Quarter 4:
All students will be receiving a final grade at the end of Quarter 4 for their current classes; official grades issued at the end of Quarter 4 will be reflective of all work completed during the second semester only, not an average of the first and second semester grades.
All activity logs must be fully completed and submitted via School Pathways no later than Friday, June 6th. CLICK HERE for instructions on how to fill out logs in Pathways.
We hope you have a wonderful Memorial Day Weekend and look forward to seeing all of our Caimans finish strong this year!
