🔔 Quarter 3 Final Week Bell Schedule
PL Families!
We are heading into the final two weeks of the third quarter! Just a reminder that we have a modified half-day bell schedule for the final week, March 17-21. This modified schedule allows our students to receive timely assessment feedback along with targeted interventions prior to the end of the quarter (additionally, it helps students who are taking finals at the Studio campus). Please take note of the class times and help your students prepare for the end of the quarter!
📚 Course Selection is Happening Now!
Course selection is officially under way and we want to make sure you have all the information you need to make the best choices alongside your student for the upcoming academic year! Here’s what to expect over the next few weeks:
📅 Key Dates:
💻 March 18-20 – Virtual office hours for rising 10th-12th families with final course selection questions.
✅ March 21 – Course selection forms are due!
👥 March 25-27 – Counselors meet one-on-one with students during workshops (Seniors on 3/25, Juniors on 3/26, Sophomores on 3/27).
🖥️ March 28 – Virtual office hours for IS students to meet with their counselor.

May 14th: Charter School Appreciation Night – Angels vs. Padres Baseball Game
Family, friends, and charter school supporters are invited to join The Classical Academies at Petco Park to celebrate Charter School Appreciation Night on Wednesday, May 14, 2025! Discounted tickets start at just $28.00 each and can be ordered online here: TCA @ Padres 2025
The first 40,000 fans will receive a reversible retro bucket hat, so arrive early to grab yours! The game starts at 6:40 PM, and tickets will be sent electronically to the email address you provide for easy printing at home. This event is expected to sell out, so be sure to get your tickets early. The final day to pre-order is May 1, 2025.

Absent/Tardy Procedures
Absent/Tardy Procedures
If your student is going to be absent or tardy, please send an email to plcattendance@classicalacademy.com or call the attendance line at (760) 462-1585 to excuse them. Students who are excused to be tardy will then be issued a tardy pass at the front desk when they arrive. Tardy Policy
If your student anticipates being absent from school for more than two weeks, please have them complete the Extended Absence Form and submit the completed form to the front desk at least two weeks prior to their planned absence.
