ۆرکشۆپێکی زانستیی له‌ زانكۆی چه‌رموو به‌ڕێوه‌چوو

ڕۆژی یەکشەممە ڕێكه‌وتی 6-2-2022 زانكۆی چه‌رموو بە هاوبەشی لەگەڵ زانکۆی کۆمار ۆرکشۆپێکی زانستیان به‌ناونیشانی (لە لێواری یەکگرتنەوەی هەست و سۆزدا: شاعیری یاخی) له‌ هۆڵی (کتێبخانەی گشتی زانکۆی چەرموو) ئه‌نجامدا،

دكتۆر سۆزان سەعدوڵا ڕاگری کۆلێژی زمان و ژماره‌یه‌ك له‌ مامۆستایان و خوێندكاران، ئاماده‌ی ۆركشۆپه‌كه‌ بوون.

پێشكه‌شكاران:

ــ دكتۆر زانیار کریم ، وەک رێکخەری ۆرکشۆپەکە باسێکی لەسەر شاعیری سریلانکای جین ئاسەنگەیام کرد وەک دیسکۆرسی ناسیۆنالیست.

ــ مامۆستا کیژان سالار ، لە زانکۆی کۆمار باسێكی لەسەر (دیدی ناسنامە لە لای شاعیر زێبیدا) پێشكه‌شكرد.

ــ دكتۆر ئەرین ئەحمەد، لە زانکۆی چەرموو ، باسی شاعیری لوبنانی کەنەدی زێبیان کرد.

ــ مامۆستا شەنگۆ محەمەد، لە زانکۆی چەرموو، باسێكی لەسەر کێشەکانی دەقە ئەدەبیەکان کرد و بەتایبەت شیعرەکانی ویتمان.

ۆركشۆپه‌كه‌ ماوه‌ی کاژێر و نیوێکی خایاند و به‌ گفتووگۆی ئاماده‌بووان كۆتایی پێهات دواتر بڕوانامه‌ی ڕێزلێنان به‌خشرایه‌ پێشكه‌شكارانی ۆركشۆپه‌كه‌.

Academic Workshop at Charmo University

On Sunday, 6 th February 2022, both Charmo University and Komar University of Science

and Technology held an academic workshop under the title “On the Edge of Emotional Reunion:

Poets as Rebels”. With the attendance of Dr. Suzan Saadullah, the dean of the college of

language, and a number of lecturers and students, this event was held in the Central library of

Charmo University.

Presenters and their talks:

1- Dr. Zanyar Kareem, a lecturer at Charmo University and the organizer of the workshop.

Dr. Zanyar gave a talk about Jean Arasanayagam, the Sri Lankan poet – through a

nationalist discourse.

2- Ms. Kizhan Salar, a lecturer at Komar University, shed light on the question of nationality

and identity in Ofelia Zepeda’s “Smoke in Our Hair”.

3- Dr. Areen, a lecturer at Charmo University, focused on the power of words and building

home in the Lebanese- Canadian poet – Najwa Zebian’s poems.

4- Mr. Shango Muhammad, a lecturer at Charmo University, geared the direction of the

topic towards the possibilities and impossibilities of translation. Mr. Shango also

explained the concept through a case study of Whiteman poetry.

This even lasted an hour and a half, the final part was concluded with an academic debate.

Lastly, the presenters were awarded the certification of appreciation.
