OBJECTIVE:

  • The student will do research on graves of the rich and famous.


DIRECTIONS:

  1. Go to www.findagrave.com
  2. Look up information about a famous person (who has died).
  3. Open Microsoft Word (or you may create a Google Doc)
  4. Insert>Footer
  5. Type your name and your grade in the footer
  6. Create a memorial page to the person using a word processor.
  7. You should include:
    1. Date of Birth
    2. Date of Death
    3. Cause of Death
    4. Significant contributions in life
    5. Photo of the person (while alive)
    6. Photo of the grave
    7. Location of final resting place
  8. Save your project in Google Drive


SUBMITTED WORK:

  • This work will be printed in Room 408.
  • This work will be uploaded to Google Drive


LATE WORK/MAKE-UP ASSIGNMENT:

  • If you are absent from school or do not complete the assignment on time, you must print your Google Doc form work to the printer labeled PROD LAB 408 or HS 408. DO NOT SUBMIT THE FORM AS IT IS NOT GRADED AFTER THE INTITAL COLLECTION. The Google Doc will not be graded again only the printed responses will be graded. (NOTE: A point deduction may be enforced for late work not due to an excused absence.)
