OBJECTIVE:

The student will search for and examine a prescribed Internet site for content and authenticity.


ACTIVITIES:

  2. Complete the online form and submit to by clicking Submit when you are done.
  3. NOTE: Grades 8 and above must answer the questions at the bottom of the form.

LATE WORK/MAKE-UP ASSIGNMENT:

If you are absent from school or do not complete the assignment on time, you must print your Google form work to the printer labeled PROD LAB 408 or HS 408. DO NOT SUBMIT THE FORM AS IT IS NOT GRADED AFTER THE INITIAL COLLECTION. The Google form will not be graded again only the printed responses will be graded. (NOTE: A point deduction may be enforced for late work not due to an excused absence.)
