Objectives:

Students will know what they are responsible for this week regarding vocabulary study.

Students will demonstrate that they can use academic vocabulary to explicate the theme of a movie.

Agenda:

Check off that the academic vocabulary sheet is done.

Give time to make flashcards for the first ten critical vocabulary words.

Hand out and discuss the next small writing piece due Friday.

Start watching the movie a second time.

Homework:

Section 1 needs to do pictionaries for Unit 7 in their vocab book.

Sections 2 and 3 can use Quizlet to study their academic words. (I will get the others up ASAP.)
