Objectives:
Students will continue to make progress on their reading comprehension skills.

Achieve: The poll question will be graded for grammar and at least 60 words as a formative grade.
The activity score will be taken as a formative grade. (Chart of lexile increases!)
Half of you need to get me a book review. Submit your document here.
KBAR: Since we did not get to it yesterday, start your new book.
(We should think about making presentations on your books.)

Read through the comments on your book reviews.
Log into your Google Account if you have one.
Go to your book review and respond to each comment I made.
I would like you to read another student's book review from MP2 and make one detailed comment:
Based on the book review, would you read the book or not? What helped you decide or what do you need to decide?
First, comment on a student from this class. Comment on the next student from our class below your name.
Second, choose a student from another class. Pick a title that interests you.
Read through the transcript from Mike Rowe's speech to gather notes for your essay on the value of work.
What is the message he is trying to convey through his speech and his show?
