The following documents must be translated into the parents native language and distributed via the Paperwork Distribution process: 

• Oregon School Age Forms

  • Meeting Notice

  • Prior Notice of Special Education Action

  • Prior Notice/Consent for Evaluation

  • Prior Notice/Initial Provision of Special Education

Interpreters are required at meetings where the parent doesn't communicate in English.
