Life Skills Goal Samples

Life Skills: Daily Routines:

Given modeling, practice and a classroom routine to follow such as, but not limited to transitions, and toileting, student will follow and participate in each classroom routine with decreasing prompts to reach an independence level of 80% weekly as measured by task analysis, data recording and teacher observation.

Daily Living Skills: Routines:

Given visual/verbal prompts, Student will participate in a group activity and follow classroom routines, including, but not limited to: circle, independent seat work, working with a teacher, and transitions at a level of 80% independence for three consecutive days, as measured weekly by teacher observation.
