Behavior Rating Scales

Description: A measure of types and frequencies of behavior

Summary: This is a checklist completed by parents, teachers or other people having knowledge about a student’s behavior. A student may also complete a self-assessment of their behavior. These instruments are used to assess types and frequency of behavior as compared to a national sample of same- age peers.
