February 14, 1985: Abby Ewing was, on "Knots Landing", on the verge of a nervous breakdown because she wanted to eliminate any proof involving her into the kidnapping of Val and Gary´s babies! That didn´t prevent her from looking her usual fabulous and from wearing all the make-up money could buy...Meanwhile, Val finally remembered the details of her life previous to the "loss" of her children, to Ben´s relief; mystery surrounds Paul Galveston (Howard Duff), to Abby´s concern; and Val´s half-brother (Alec Baldwin) tried to get Cathy (Lisa Hartman) back, to all the viewers´ horror! He was rather a psycho, a role that Baldwin would perfect in the following decade, through a number of similar roles in movies.

Abby Ewing estaba, en "California", al borde de un ataque de nervios porque quería eliminar cualquier prueba que la relacionase con el secuestro de los hijos de Val y Gary. Eso no le impedía seguir teniendo un aspecto fabuloso ni llevar puesto todo el maquillaje que el dinero podía comprar...Mientras, Val recordaba por fin los detalles de su vida anterior a la "pérdida" de sus hijos, para alivio de Ben; el misterio rodeaba a Paul Galveston (Howard Duff), para consternación de Abby; y el hermanastro de Val (Alec Baldwin) intentaba que Cathy (Lisa Hartman) volviera con él, para horror de los espectadores...Era todo un psicópata, papel que Baldwin perfeccionaría en la siguiente década, con una serie de personajes similares en películas.
