According to you, what is the toughest aspect of being an athlete?

I believe the toughest part of being an athlete is dedication and perseverance. Not every race goes as planned. You must learn to bounce back and use it to motivate you to work even harder.

Do you have any hobbies or interests outside of Track & Field?

I was a competitive cheerleader before giving it up for track this year, but I still cheer for my high school. I love to tumble, and I believe it has helped me overall with any sport I have done.

Which brand of Track & Field shoes do you prefer?

Hokas or Brooks

Which strengths do you believe you have that make you a great athlete?

The drive and motivation to always be better and setting goals for the season.

Why are you so passionate about Track & Field?

I love to practice and the feeling after a good workout. During practice, I can go and not worry about anything else but working hard and have fun along with it. It’s a great feeling to see that your hard work has paid off.
