I always run in my spikes without socks.

Is there a coach or athlete that you look up to as a role model and why?

A role model I look up to is Quadir Thomas, Beaver Falls 22’. Every day in practice we would compete against each other. I would always try to beat him and copy his work ethic because he was so compassionate about track. He taught me the lesson to “run your own race” instead of copying him so I could excel him in my own way.

What is your favorite memory about Track & Field ?
Winning WPIAL in the 4x1 last year with a team we scraped together in a week. Two days before WPIAL we ran a 45.4, we knew that wasn’t going to win us anything so at WPIAL we all ran with a chip on our shoulder and pulled off a 43.07.
