According to you, what is the toughest aspect of being an athlete?

I think that the toughest aspect of being an athlete is staying focused on the long-term goals and not getting caught up with the little ups and downs of each day, but living through the journey

Do you have any hobbies or interests outside of Track & Field?

I play the flute, and I enjoy cooking and baking.

What age were you when you started competing competitively in Track & Field?

I was 12 when I started competing competitively in Track & Field, participating in the AAU Junior Olympic Nationals in 2019.

What is your favorite food to eat the night before a meet?

Before a meet, my favorite food to eat the night before is pasta.

Which strengths do you believe you have that make you a great athlete?

Strengths that I think I have that make me a good athlete are perseverance, motivation, work-ethic, and mental-toughness.

Why are you so passionate about Track & Field?

I enjoy Track & Field so much because it is something that I can always strive to work and improve on. I like seeing how all the hard-work that I put in pays off.
