According to you, what is the toughest aspect of being an athlete?

For me the toughest part is managing time. It is difficult to balance school, athletics, and time with family and friends.

Do you have a former WPIAL athlete that you looked up to?

My former teammate CJ Singleton.

Do you have any pre-meet rituals?

I start my warmup about an hour before the race, 1.5 mile jog and then stretching, during this time I begin to zone out and focus solely on the race.

What age were you when you started competing competitively in Track & Field?

I began at 11 years old.

Which brand of Track & Field shoes do you prefer?

I use New Balance for training and Nike for racing.

Which strengths do you believe you have that make you a great athlete?

Self-discipline and being able to find the motivation to keep going. Waking up everyday and consistently logging miles isn’t easy but it's necessary to get better. Even when you don’t want to do it, you have to find a way to motivate yourself to do so. I feel like these areas are my strengths that have kept me going as an athlete.

Young up and coming runner who is improving each week.

Motivated  to be one of the best runners in the WPIAL the next 3 years.
