When did you first become interested in track and field?
I was always the fastest in all the sports that I played, and I wondered how fast I could be focusing strictly on speed.

What is your favorite track and field memory?Making it to the PIAA Championships sophomore year and being with all the upperclassmen that made it.

What advice would you give to someone who wants to start participating in track and field?
Just try it. Don’t be intimidated or scared by your first time, you will get better if you stick with it.

What is your favorite track and field event to watch?
I love to watch the 400m relay and the pole vault because they are so satisfying to watch and look insane when they are done well.

What is your favorite track and field event to participate in?
The hurdles because they are very different compared to the other races. They add excitement and more difficulty to the race.

What is the biggest misconception about track and field?
The biggest misconception is that track is just running and that is all you do. However, a lot of skill, strength, practice, and consistency is required.

What makes track and field a unique sport?
Track and field is unique because running, jumping, and throwing is an important skill in most sports. In track, it focuses on those specific skills.

What is your favorite track and field meet to compete in?
My favorite meet to compete at is Washington and Greene County Coaches Invitational. You compete against the best in the county and I know many people both competing, and watching. I usually run against a lot of my friends from other schools.

What is the most important thing you have learned about perseverance in track and field?
The most important thing I learned was that you won’t run your best race every time. You aren’t going to get your fastest time at every meet, and that doesn’t mean you aren’t getting better.

She is currently elated with her consecutive wins in the 300 hurdles at the Chartiers-Houston and Slippery Rock Invites over the past two weekends. Given her personal record of 46.73, it's possible that she could surpass the 46-second mark this season.
