PARISH LITURGY COMMITTEE

We are grateful to the following members of our parish who generously volunteer their time, talents, and expertise in service to the Sacred Liturgy as members of our Parish Liturgy Committee. This dedicated group assists the Pastor and Music Ministry in planning our Masses, Liturgical Services & our Church environment throughout the year. We thank them for their faithful service & commitment to the liturgical life of our parish.

LITURGY COMMITTEE NOTES

•  NEXT MEETING: Wednesday, October 22, 6:30-8 pm, Multi-purpose room.

•  70th BIRTHDAY OF POPE LEO XIV - Tuesday, September 9. Prayer cards will be offered to all parishioners at weekend Mass and a prayer recited for his intention.

•  THANKSGIVING FOOD COLLECTION: Begins on October 11-12, SJB & SH are assigned boxes of Instant Mashed Potatoes.

•  DURING ADVENT 2025 we will sing The Lord's Prayer according to the traditional Gregorian Chant and the Lamb of God (Agnus Dei), in Latin, at all weekend and holy day Masses.

•  ALL SAINT'S DAY MASS: Saturday, November 1, 8 AM, St. John Bosco Church. Not a Day of Obligation this year since it occurs on a Saturday.

•  CEMETERY SUNDAY: Sacred Heart-Saint Joseph Cemetery, Weston. Sunday, November 2, 2 PM.
