Valley Food Pantry

Our local food pantries are experiencing an increase in need.

Every holiday season, our local food pantry on Main Street in Conyngham distributes about 60 baskets of food to individuals and families in need within our community. The pantry is completely supported by the Catholic and Protestant churches of the area, as well as private donations—it receives no government funding.

This year, Saint John Bosco Church and Sacred Heart of Jesus Church have been asked to donate cans or bottles of gravy. We need at least 60 in total. Donations are welcome anytime! When you are shopping, please consider picking up a bottle or can of gravy and placing it in the collection basket:

• 􀂟 Near the main entrance at Saint John Bosco Church

• 􀂟 Or at the side entrance at Sacred Heart Church

All donations are needed by the second week of December so the baskets can be prepared and delivered in time for the holidays.
