Parish Pastoral Council

SAINT JOHN BOSCO PARISH PASTORAL COUNCIL

A Parish Pastoral Council is a consultative body which advises and assists the pastor in areas of pastoral concern.  They are required to be established in every parish of the Diocese of Scranton by decree of Bishop Bambera  has been established in every parish. Through the Parish Pastoral Council, a parish engages in Parish Pastoral Planning.

The next meeting of our PARISH PASTORAL COUNCIL will be held on Thursday, July 18, from 6:30-8 pm in one of the air-conditioned classrooms.  At the meeting we will have the installation of our new members and acknowledge those who are completing their term.  Following the meeting lite refreshments will be served.  All current, new and retiring members are asked to be present.  We are extremely grateful to all parishioners who have volunteered to be on the parish council.
