1. Call to Order

2. Minutes: Review of minutes from 9/9/25 meeting. Approve 1st E. hubbard. 2nd Hayes

3. Co-President's Report

• Guest Speaker; DCS Superintendant Keith Pomeroy

  • Shared information on mission Delaware and levy 

4. Treasurer’s Report

• Budget Update: balance: $51,349.40

• Funding Requests

  • Office: $240> for dehumidifier + $40 donation. 1st to approve M. Stansbury, 2nd J. Miley

  • Field Trip

    • Units: $6 per student + $7 food/drink. Total 20 people. to Strand. 1st to approve L. Skillen, 2nd E. Hubbard. Approved.  

5. Committee Reports

• Read-a-Ton - January 26-30. Motion to use for literacy/author visit. Make bookmarks, cozy day, guest reader.

• Fundraising

  • Parents Night Out; dates (12/6/25, 2/14/26 and 4/18/26) & themes: Holidays for Dec. 

  • Kona Ice Dates: Nov. 6 & Mar. 5. 

• Trunk or Treat (October 23rd): 21 trunks, fire/police can help with lighting. Also using tea light bags & glow sticks. Pumpkins from Marysville farmer. Adding arrows for flow. Create route map for newsletter. 

• Staff Appreciation

  • Conference Meals (October 8th [Jimmy Johns] & 17th [Panda Express])

• Veteran’s Day Breakfast Nov. 11

  • Looking for volunteers [set up, serving & clean up]: Carla Whipple

  • Looking for donations: Bree will start calling around

  • Ideas for decorations and other ideas

• Secret Santa Home for the Holidays *Move to next meeting

  • Update from meeting

• Nex Trex: need 250 lbs in the next month.

• Bylaw Update : move to next meeting
