1. Call to Order/ Introduction of Board / Welcome to Parents & Teachers/Staff (IS team)

2. Minutes: Motion to approve minutes from September 2021 meeting / 1st R. Long & 2nd H. Skedell

3.Treasurer’s Report

• Budget Review (Will upload to Google Drive)

This year’s Jumpstart checks, approximately $500 have cleared and another $670 going out to staff. Staff shirts were $350,

conference meals approximately $350, and Scholastic Book Fair was around $1, 600

None at this time

4. Committee Reports

- Fundraising

* Fall Mum sales a BIG thank you! Big improvement with web sales. 1,157 items sold and 201 students participated (web saels were around $21,430

*Motion was made by L. Skillen and 2nd by R. Long to do the fall mum fundraiser for the 2022-23 school year to secure a date.

*Schultz Spirit Sales

Michelle Kelly is working with Reed @ Make It Yours Apparel and update the designs.

*Conference Meals (Jimmy Johns for 10/4 & Bob Evans for 10/14)

5. Principal’s Report – Mr. Woodworth

*Thank you for the meals! Picture retake will be October 20th. 3rd grade will take OST on October 26 & 27. Book fair was a big success.
