COMMITTEES

Fundraising 

Staff Appreciation Staff conference meals THANK YOU to those who were able to provide items for meals, assist with set up and clean up.
Family Events
Secret Santa: Still in need of more vendors, FAQ page will be going home as well as, an invite flyer, Giving Tree will be up before, Sign Up Genius will go out push for volunteers and donations, breakfast with be $2 and include pancakes w/ fruit, coffee / apple juice

Family Game Night: Order pizza, remember to bring cash/small bills to make change 

Box Top Committee: $381 was submitted, in the past it has ranged between $1,000-2,000. We need to put the word out to 

Principal: Mary Krell

• Thank you for conference meals

• Boy Scouts Nov 21st 

• Fight For Hunger Schultz is collecting 450 boxes of mac and cheese for holidat meals, extra will go towards PIN and local food pantries 

• Oct 22nd is Schultz Day @  Whit’s 1and we received $145 from this. Will do again 

• Tuesday, Nov 19th Fundraiser night @ Chipoltle 

• 5th grade social media team (Twitter @SchultzPacers)

Old Business

• Pie Fundraiser –ordered are due Tues, 11/19 and Delivery will be 12/17 @ 4:40 and Pick up @ 6-7:30 in the gym Volunteers will be needed look for Sign Up Genius

• Book Fair sales $20, 651 up from last year. All profits go back to buying books for Schultz $1,100 in sales using E-Wallet 

New Business

• 3rd Grade trip to Nutcracker; motion made to fund 

1st: Rose 2nd Andrea – all in favor
