Officers’ Reports
Treasurer:
Mandie Shaw presented the treasurers’ report (worked on by her & Bree Saunders)
-Balance $9,366.11 in Pathways account , District account amount is in flux, we need to check
back with Michelle Kelly to reconcile. There is possibly less than $300.
-Insurance (approximately $80) needs to also be followed up on.
-Profits from the spring flower sale was $9,147
-$1,600 for raffle baskets and $187.24 for coffee pot for staff lounge / appreciation
-Funding Requests REVIEWED (previously voted on in April 2022)
o 5th Grade Yard Signs $825 total for 110 signs (changed to 125 signs)
o Kona Ice - $2 person x 734 students = $1,468
- Funding Requests NEW
o 5th Grade Cake (not to exceed)

Wednesday, May 18th, 31 seniors have RSVP’ed, 35-40 possible, Ordering
Paynes Pizza (salad, pizza & pasta = $218 plus tip ($34)= $264), sweets are
being donated by staff, drinks & ice plus tip not to exceed $300 ($35 for ice
& drinks)

$763.22 plus tax; includes items that can be reused (traffic cones, race
bands, tug of war ropes, egg race & beach ball. Plus water balloons)

Fundraising
Spring Flower Sales Fundraiser: We had lots of help! Thank you to 14 in the first section and 17 in the second.
lacrosse players and NHS students were there. We sold 1, 764 plants plus other items for a total of 1,810 total. We
made a profit of a little over $9,000.
Fall Flower Fundraiser: We originally had a date picked. Vanessa was sent an email to fill out asking for preferences.
The email stated that Saturday was not available. Waiting for a response.
Family Events : No events planned

• PTO Bylaws – need to b e worked on over the summer
• PTO Board for 2022-23 school year
o July 1, 2022 ends the terms for Mandie Shaw as treasurer and Vanessa Mrazek as co-
president. We thank them for their years of dedication to Schultz students and staff.
