Events
Secret Santa Wrap Up--
Thank you Kristina for vendor help, Balloon Arch was amazing, Thanks to volunteers and Carla for doing baskets,
Moved up in profit (roughly $400, total profit around $2,500, $50 off face painter, K&E was successful)
Decided to go back to helping families at Schultz on giving tree with profit from vendors (~$300/15% of profit)
Discussion: Dairy-free option for Coffee Truck?, Checking out went in and out and quick, many items were nice, good selection for kids to make choices, many vendors would like to have a facebook event to advertise, yellow tape to block off hallway instead of a table? Check in table to block? Shop sign up there? We don’t want to have a line there or anything physical because of fire hazard, staff members suggested renaming the event more seasonal vs. holiday to be more inclusive “Winter Wonderland”? More announcing raffles over speaker
December 13th, Santa is booked, Hayes singers and Dempsey penciled in, face painter and coffee truck booked tentatively for next year (and will give a $200 Kona party for raffle), Early Sign Up Bonus (5% of what we make) with Holiday Treasures
