1. Call to Order at 7:09pm

5. Committee Reports

• Fundraising

  • Spirit Wear Update—43 orders (ranges of sizes, not many adult 3X+ or L) for 62 items, profit (pending, but anticipate $3-6/item: ~$186-372)

  • Amato’s Dine to Donate - Thursday, Dec. 19th dine in or take out - 15% back to PTO

  • Spring Flower Fundraiser: March 12th through April 1st (or 2nd), submit by April 12th, pickup Saturday, May 10th 

• Secret Santa

  • Kristina read letter from Heather Stake: Expect it to be better than last year

    • Raffle items/baskets

      • 9 business-donated raffle items: gift cards to Squishmallow dog bed and 2 kid’s bikes, 2 baskets per grade level, Vendor donations, PTO donated large stuffed Christmas Bluey & Bingo, as well as Stitch & Angel

    • Santa is excited to be coming again

    • Game room: 3 new games, Craft room: new crafts

    • Entertainment from music departments of all levels, food provided by K&E Entertainment

    • Kristina IS an AWESOME co-chair!!!

      • 46 vendor spots filled! $10/spot + $10-20 retail item

      • Complimentary donut or danish muffin for raffle donations

    • Secret Santa shop filled with new items

      • Most volunteers ever to help get shoppers in and out faster

  • Set up Friday afternoon - 6pm to start setup, 10 NHS student volunteers 

  • Saturday volunteers - Game room volunteers still needed 

    • Re-post on FB for sign-up: Incentivize parent volunteers? No ideas

• NexTrek Update—thank you to Melissa Hay so far!!!

8. New Business

• Flyer for possible Valentine’s fundraiser: Carnations @ $.69/stem

To be sold at $3/stem, delivery on February 12th - 400 carnations

• No buy-in from those in attendance
