Minutes: Minutes of January 14, 2020 meeting read & approved 

Officers’ Reports

Treasurer: Treasurer’s report read and accepted. Report attached.

• Balance $21,815

• Pie sales profit grew ($5,439) due to extra sales of leftover items 

• Funding Requests
  *1st Grade Field Trip to COSI (cost is $10 per student, PTO will cover $5, approx. $550-600 cost
  Motion made by Rose L / 2nd Andrea / All in favor 

COMMITTEES

Fundraising 

Spring Flower Sales Fundraiser: Heather has a meeting to pick things up. Kick off will be March 2nd Turn in orders & money March 18th and pick up will be Saturday, May 9th
Staff Appreciation 

2nd Semester Wish List: came in under the budget, items will be delivered on 2/12, 40 staff members submitted wishes 

-Conference Meals have been set and sign ups w
Family Events
Secret Santa: 

Family Game Night: Thursday, March 26th 6:30-7:30, need more games, and look into pizza options  

Spring Fling: Bree looked into DJ, reported back with a number of options, vote was for the DJ _________ costing $235 (1st Lauren 2nd Vanessa, all in favor) Bree will look into specifics r/e contract.
Amanda will look into pizza places for prices 

Box Top Committee: 

Principal: Not able to attend, an email was sent with updates to share, read by Vanessa  

• Donation drive was a huge success

• COSI on Wheels was also a big success, thank you

• Looking for feedback on STEAM night (provided by those present; a lot of fun! Tons to do, maybe too much, not enough time, Families and students enjoyed the night)

• Thank you for the supplies 

Old Business 

New Business
4th grade trip to Meeker, ½ was able to attend the other ½ needs to be rescheduled due to snow day. The trip and the information presented to students was very meaningful and a huge success!
