1. Call to Order
2. Minutes: Review of minutes from 10/8/24 meeting—correct Carla Whipple’s name, motion to approve J. Miley, 2nd M. Hay, all in favor—approved!
3. Co-President's Report

Thank you for Veteran’s Day breakfast—over 55 veterans, 73 students + a few others
Thank you to Heather Stake for all the work from Trunk or Treat! Incredible turn out! Suggestions for improvements: increase candy, signage for businesses/grade levels, arrows for a direction, timing and sunset (it was 6:30-7:30, can we just do 6-7:30?), do not turn on cars (dead batteries), fill in parking lot for any more than 32 cars, do not advertise trunker arrival time, short time frame was difficult for parents with sport practice, clearer voting space

K Field Trip to Franklin Park Conservatory—May, ~$275 total Cost: $7/student (PTO pays $2/student), chaperones will pay own way—motion to approve J. Miley, 2nd J. Schmidt, all in favor—approved!

3rd Grade Nutcracker--~$650 total, cost: $8/student (PTO pays $3/student), 15 teacher chaperones, motion to approve A. McFarland, 2nd J. Schmidt, all in favor—approved!
Mrs. Forester (Lit Coach)
Literacy Night—$325, supplies and prizes (budget: $1,500), motion to approve H. Stake, L. Stamm, all in favor—approved!

Student Prizes / Volunteers needed for Silly String and Duct Tape (week of Thanksgiving 25th and 26th)—Jayme Hiller, Jay Miley, Nikki Lizak, Rachel Rieman
Secret Santa
Update from planning meeting—Looking for raffle baskets or business donations, grade level themes in newsletter, 34 paid/confirmed vendors (goal: 40), face painter, coffee truck at 8:30-1, K&E entertainment, hot dogs and hot food (health department is a “go”), 6:00-9ish Friday night 10 NHS students to help (start in Beehive), sign up is ready, 13 NHS 1st and 2nd shift on Saturday, bag tickets (Jayme can help), reserve Thursday/Friday conference room for Carla, save printer boxes for raffle boxes

Everyone enjoyed Veteran’s Breakfast and Trunk or Treat, happy to support Whit’s and incentives

NexTrek Update—Next year challenge period is set Nov.18, need help when ready to advertise (Jerilyn Schmidt and Melissa Hay), ordered new scales, can work out a collection schedule
8. New Business
Winter Pacer Fest (Wednesday, November 20th @ Hayes)—Student of the Months received invitations to participate
Spiritwear—local vendor with Schultz students (sublimation or vinyl like Pat’s), pick 1 design per shirt color, Haynes has a blend that’s 100%cotton, but not highest blend (quality priced under $10-$15 cost, 2xl-3xl are more), they can do online ordering but we can also take paper orders, tie dye shirts?, can be delivered by Secret Santa, light grey/charcoal grey/pacer tie dye
