1. Call to Order/ Introduction of Board / Welcome to Parents &

Teachers/Staff (5th grade team)

2. Minutes: January Meeting Minutes in Google Drive

3.Treasurer’s Report

• Budget Review

• January Balance in Pathways account $10,690.11, approx. $9,799

after outstanding checks

• Funding Requests: Tracey Cinereski is asking for $500 to provide

compensation for Rolf. He will be coming in at the end of

February to do drum circles for all grades in music class.

4. Committee Reports

- Fundraising

* Spring Fundraiser

Getting inquiries about fall mums from Foertmyers

Spring sale is set, they are only doing 2 deliveries a day now (7:30 or

noon) Our dates are Kick Off March 2nd, Sales end on March 15th, Delivery

will be Saturday, May 7th @ 7:30 (start pick up at 11)

We will look for volunteers to help create the packets w/ the

*Schultz Spirit Sales

Questions; Do we know profit or sales numbers to date? Will there be

new items added to the store?

-Staff Appreciation

*Conference Meals (March 2nd & 10th)

Looking into Hot Heads and Subway, will post a Sign Up Genius for

donations of snacks, candy and drinks

5. Principal’s Report –

*Conference room is available if volunteers want to do the packets

in school.

• PTO Bylaws need updating

• Book hand out was a huge success, students enjoyed picking out books
