Treasurer: Treasurer’s report from Mandi read and accepted. Report attached.
Review of fall mum fundraiser; over $31,000 in products sold, making a $8,500 profit for Schultz. It was projected for $5,500 giving us an “extra” $2,5000

Fundraising
Staff Appreciation Staff conference meals will be Oct 24 & 30th Oct 24th is a baked potato bar and the 30th is soup and sliders. Sign Up Genius has gone out to those who volunteered. Also will be posted to Schultz newsletter
Family Events (Secret Santa: Next meeting is Tuesday, Nov 5th @ 7 pm in the art room. Volunteers are needed to “work” the following rooms; crafts (ideas will be given), games, wrapping, cookie decorating, raffle ticket area, food, book exchange {time is 9-1pm} Vendors are still welcome. Those from last year have been invited, open to all, small fee $20. $10 will be returned after vendor has set up and donated a raffle basket item. Vendors can choose to donate the $10 to purchase underwear & socks for the nurses’ clinic. School supplies will be used to “purchase” raffle tickets this year and then those supplies will be available to teachers for student use. Grade levels will also be sent a flyer asking for raffle basket donations. FAQ flyer will also be going home with students.
Box Top Committee: we are in need of a cochair this year. Amanda Ashton has agreed co-chair and help scan receipts in. Idea for a big push for Box Top turn in to send in for Nov. 1st deadline. We will use a spinner (prizes are: ring pops, blow pops, smencils, chance for raffle for pie in the face, and 3 raffle tickets for Secret Santa) Lauren will borrow IKEA spinner from Mrs. Wilder and create the spinner and flyer. Vanessa will check on ring pop/blow pops left over and buy the smencils.

25 students will have breakfast with Mr. Woodworth on Thur. 10/17 (level prize from fall fundraiser)
Kona Ice is 10/17 – text message reminder will be sent
Oct 22 / 23 is 3rd grade OST testing. It will be a paper test this year. No Stress on students is the message being shared
Oct 22nd is Schultz Day @ Whit’s 10% of profits will be returned to Schultz
Received a $100 donation for STEAM night (Jan 29th)
Old Business
Pie Fundraiser – Packets will go home Friday, Nov 1st and $ and ordered are due Tues, 11/19 and Delivery will be 12/17 @ 4:40 and Pick up @ 6-7:30 in the gym
Bylaws need updated! Michael Wiener will help with this! Mandi will email the current ones to him for review.
New Business
BOOK FAIR has a change collection (due. 10/11) Over $900 has been collected already. $150 shopping spree to the winning class. E-Wallet is new this year.
Fall Family Fun Night will be a game night. Thursday, 11/14 6:30-7:30 Lauren will create a flyer and reach out to Schultz family looking into big yard games. PTO will purchase some games that can be donated to classrooms for recess games. Families will be encouraged to bring a game to share as well.
Halloween parade will be Oct 31st
