I am a productive and empathetic leader, as well as an effective and devoted team member.
One of my favorite quotes about leadership is from an officer with the Los Angeles Fire Department: “Every action is an opportunity to lead that part of the process.”
For example, I led students and volunteers through our unconventional, international, Senior Design Project with Engineers Without Borders, where we provided solutions for water supply in El Salvador.
My favorite part of coaching is watching players celebrate together their accomplishments as part of a team
