The proposal took several iterations between all entities, but because I was proactive, prompt to respond, resourceful, and involved others in the process, it was almost seamless.
Lodging, food, and meeting spaces required high-stakes agreements for the 5-star lodging
Because the program was funded by TI and sponsored by the university, I had to submit grant applications and post-event compliance documents to the National Science Foundation.
In the lodging contract, we wrote in several contingency plans for persons with disabilities and group outings.
