I analyzed ACT scores, identified reading comprehension as a common thread for improvement, particularly among BIPOC students, and developed and delivered a curriculum, resulting in 17% increased scores.
I provided support for a student with Reactive Attachment Disorder, who was acting out in classes, by doing research and developing initiatives for my colleagues, students, and administration that improved his behavior and subsequently his grades
In my Homeroom courses, we addressed difficult topics such as tolerance and inclusion, such as during the 2016 presidential election.
I noticed that BIPOC students, in particular, were falling behind, and provided resources for their improvement. See Clozed Notes

I have over 20 years experience with Social Awareness and equal access to education and care, including: LGBTQIA+, racial inequalities (BIPOC), physical disabilities, learning disorders, mental health disorders, up to 43% IEP/504 and 55% non-white student populations.
