Synergy is TK Elevator (formerly ThyssenKrupp Elevator)'s current steel-cable-driven MRL traction elevator model for North America. It was introduced in 2008 after the ISIS 2 was discontinued.

Synergy's motor has a distinctive sound (see videos below).

The "ThyssenKrupp trick" (pressing the button of the floor you're on to trigger the chime) does not work on Synergy.

The Synergy has been offered in many different variants throughout its lifespan.

At introduction in 2008, it is believed that there were three Synergy variants:

• Synergy L - low-rise

• Synergy M - mid-rise

• Synergy H - high-rise

These were discontinued in 2010 in favor of six new variants:

• Synergy 85S

• Synergy 100R (discontinued 2012)

• Synergy 100S (discontinued 2012)

• Synergy 300R

• Synergy 300R

• Synergy 300E

The 85S and 300 variants were discontinued in 2013 and replaced with three new variants:

• Synergy Self Supported

• Synergy Building Supported Standard

• Synergy Building Supported Performance

As of 2020, only the Building Supported Performance model was still in production. The new Evolution 200 model has filled the space for a self-supported MRL.
