1980s round buttons

These buttons look somewhat similar to Dover Traditional. They are very rare in North America, and can be with or without text.

Later round buttons

These were made by Fujitec during the 1990s and early 2000s. There is no confirmed name for these, though they are often called "Vanity," as they resemble Otis Vanity.

Square buttons

These square buttons with indentations are extremely rare. Only one installation of these is known to exist:

Avian

Avian was a vandal resistant fixture. It consists of a metal button with a hyphen-shaped amber light in the center. The alarm and door buttons have raised symbols.

Avian is extremely rare, with only a few known installations in North America:

  • The Douglas, Dallas, TX

  • Pike Outlets, Long Beach, CA

Third-party fixtures

Innovation

Fujitec has used Innovation fixtures on almost all of their elevators in the United States since the late 2000s. Prestige is most common, but they also use Universal and Bruiser.

Monitor

Some Fujitecs in New York have Monitor TR buttons.

Dewhurst

Many Fujitec elevators in Canada (and at least one in New York) have Dewhurst buttons.

Adams

Some Fujitecs in Canada, California, Georgia, and New York have Adams buttons, including WN and Survivor Plus.

E-Z Shuttle

Fujitec's E-Z Shuttle destination dispatch has touchscreens and MAD fixtures on the inside. Only one installation is known to exist:
