The MonoSpace is one of the two MRL traction elevator models offered by KONE for the United States and Canada. It was introduced in 2000, as the first MRL model available in North America.
MonoSpaces are known to level very quickly. They have EcoDisc motors.
Newer (2004-present) MonoSpaces' indicators use "accelerated position," meaning that the indicator changes floors before departing the previous floor.
