Turnbull was a Canadian elevator company. It has been said that former professional hockey player Ian Turnbull was somehow involved with the company. They made some escalators, before they were acquired by Dover in the 1970s.

Turnbull made one set of inclined moving walkways. These were located at a university in Montreal, and were replaced recently with conventional escalators. Turnbull is said to have invented the inclined walkway. Turnbull's walkways used rubber conveyor belts (like Westmont) as opposed to today's more common escalator-like plates.
