Long Elevator & Machine Company was a local elevator company based in Springfield, Illinois. The company was founded in the 1970s and was acquired by KONE in 2006.
Long elevators usually have distinctive chimes.
Most newer Long elevators have two-digit red LED position indicators.
Newer Long elevators have Monitor buttons that look similar to Innovation Decorator and Adams Designer. They light up red, and most do not have printing on their faces.
