Beausoliel vs. United States (1939)

A six year old child was forcibly exposed to her cab driver while going to see her mother. He denied his inappropriate behavior. He did not win the case but he ruined her innocence. The court was wary of letting a child testify but could see she was comprehensive and able to morally distinguish wrong from right. The case was successful.
